Game Center Policy

  1. Please respect others and all forms of property.
  2. Please maintain a high level of sportsmanship.
  3. Please be mindful of your language as this game center is intended for all ages.
  4. Please be mindful of your personal hygiene as we will not tolerate body odor.
  5. Please clean up after yourself.
  6. Please do not tilt your chair; falling hurts.
  7. Please respect our restroom as we want everyone to enjoy their throne time.
    Our restroom is a privilege we provide as a courtesy to our patrons.
  8. Please pay for merchandise before opening.
  9. There is no betting or selling allowed inside our game center.
  10. Let’s all have fun and play together!

If you are asked to leave, you will not receive a refund.

Blind Boxes:

All blind box sales are final due to the nature of the item being a blind random draw.
Sorry, we cannot accept a return unless they are defective, in which case, we will do our best to replace the item you ordered if it is not sold out.

Trading Cards:

All trading card sales are final due to the potential for price fluctuation in the industry.

Apparel:

Returns on clothing and apparel are accepted provided we are notified within 7 days of receiving. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all labels attached.
Buyer assumes all shipping costs for returned items, except for orders shipped incorrectly.

Consignment Items:

All consignment item sales are final due to the unique nature of consignment and the agreement between consignor and consignee.

Damaged Packages:

Please inspect all packages for damages immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly if you feel your order has been damaged during transport. Returns and exchanges for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Do not open any damaged packages (this includes sealed cases and boxes of trading cards) because it will jeopardize your ability to exchange the item or receive a refund.

Errors in Ordering or Processing:

If you feel there was a mistake when your order was placed or if it was processed incorrectly, please contact us the day you receive your item(s). Returns and exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Returns will only be accepted if the merchandise is still factory sealed (this includes sealed cases and boxes of trading cards) and in its original condition. Buyer assumes all shipping costs for returned items, except for orders shipped incorrectly.

We accept pre-orders on items with a non-refundable deposit per item.

No deposit required for items below $50 in value.
$10.00 non-refundable deposit for items between $50.00 – $500.00 in value.
$50.00 non-refundable deposit for items between $500.00 – $1,000.00 in value.

24-hour grace period: If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, then you may cancel your order without penalty if it is within 24 hours of placing it. The NRD will be refunded in full within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment. If rewards points were applied on the order, they will be returned to the account automatically.

NRDs cannot be transferred if your order is canceled, for any reason.
NRDs cannot be reinstated and placed on a different order.
NRDs may be refunded upon cancellation due to a delay in the estimated arrival date.

General Questions

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

No. We do not sell food or alcoholic beverages. However, we have concession snacks and drinks available for sale. You should really see our selection!

No. We do not allow outside food/drinks. Alcohol is prohibited.

Yes, we do! You can purchase them in-store or purchase eGift Cards on our online store!

No. We do not allow animals unless they are service animals.

General Game-Related Questions

Grabbed a really confusing or boring game? Don’t worry about packaging the box. Just bring it back to one of our team members and we’ll get you going with another one! Try as many as you like! We’ll gladly re-shelve the game for you so you can focus on playing! We also have a Rolodex listing all games within our library with their information such as genre, how many players, how much time, and the complexity.

Yes, you may set up a time with one of our team members who will teach you how to play a game.
Contact us to request a day/time, number of people in your group, and your board game of choice. We can also recommend games for you, if needed.. No additional charge on top of our regular admission fee per person.

No, not at this time. We hope to provide that option in the near future.

Specific Questions: Trading Card Games (TCG)

We do not charge a sitting fee. However, we do not allow loitering. Each individual is expected to make a purchase during their visit.

Come on in, buy some snacks and drinks, or a booster pack, and play!

We do not allow the use of a scale to weigh any items.

All blind boxes and booster packs are sold directly from a display/booster box. Be at ease purchasing from us, knowing your rares/chases have not been cherry-picked by anyone here at BOUNTYXP.

All of us here at BOUNTYXP collect, too! All team members’ purchases must be purchased separately (items must be from a different carton).
